Do you offer bulk discounts for events/corporate/weddings?

Yes! We absolutley do, we offer a custom order in a minimum of 12. Reach out to us at for pricing!

Can you ship Internationally?

Yes! just type in your address at checkout and shipping will be calculated.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE domestic shipping on any order over $25, for returns and address errors we require the client to pay for return shipping shipping.

What is your return policy?

We always want to do right by our customers for any reason if there is an issue with your order please reach out to us and we will make it right. We do offer free shippping for orders over $25 but not for returns. You will be responsible for paying the shipping for the return. Please reach out to us for details.

What is the best way to care for my candle?

We ship all candles pre trimmed at 1/4in for the cleanest and longest burn we recommend keeping the length at 1/4in. The first time you light your candle for best results keep lit for minimum 3 hours Always think safety first and avoid drafts, pets near candle, or leaving candle unattended. Once candle is at the bottom 1/2in its time to repurpose that jar and visit SEASON for your next candle!

What if my shipping information is incorrect?

We of course understand the frustration of wanting your order ASAP. However if our client has entered the wrong information on the shipping section we will ask that the client pays for the reshipping of the items. Please reach out to us for details if this occurs. If the error is on our part we would of course reship for free.
